好的清洗消毒方案至关重要!

挤奶机的清洁方案:

 

1. 卸下与奶缸连接处,卸掉牛奶过滤器

2. 冲洗挤奶杯组,启动清洗功能

3. 挤奶结束后(还未进行冷却时),立即启动预冲洗功能(温水)

4. 清洗程序(65-80°C, 5-10 分钟)

5. 冲洗(用冷水,直至冲净所有化学品残留)

       搞好挤奶杯组卫生可以消除交叉感染。奶牛被感染意味着产奶量下降,但也意味着挤奶过程中交叉传染给其他奶牛的风险。挤奶杯组应在“风险奶牛”挤奶后进行消毒。

       充足的饮水是奶牛生产中至关重要的组成部分,若饮水暴露于病原细菌的环境中受到污染,动物就会发病。沙门氏菌、链球菌、大肠杆菌及卵囊可以通过饮水系统轻易地传播到所有牛舍。生物膜以及矿物质沉淀为细菌在饮水线里的繁殖创造理想的条件。矿物质沉淀(铁、镁、钙等等)越多(如,因水源水质过硬引起),有机物包括细菌就越容易侵入到饮水线的内边缘。
