We are seeking candidates for a Digital Marketing Manager position in the Global Animal Health business. This position is responsible for developing strong and innovative digital marketing strategies to drive traffic to company pages and generate interest in company products and services. This position will work with the Marketing Communications team. The successful candidate will have strong entrepreneurial spirit, project management skills, and experience in leading successful digital campaigns, managing and executing social media strategies.
The associate will have strong abilities to work with creative teams to develop digital content, excellent marketing skills and a collaborative work style to effectively operate within a matrixed organization.
Your main responsibilities are:
Develop digital marketing strategy by studying and identifying customers current and future needs, and monitoring the competition.
Create and manage link building strategies, content marketing strategies, and social media presences.
Plan, develop and implement engaging online content including clickbait, forums, videos, graphics, and blogs; monitor and analyze content success.
Plan, develop and implement SEO and PPC strategies.
Forecast marketing campaign growth and ROI for marketing campaigns.
Manage email and social media marketing campaigns.
Contact, interview, and hire third party graphic designers, web designers, and videographers to create unique and engaging content.
Use Google Analytics, Google AdWords, and other relevant sites.
Develop and manage projects, including delegating tasks, reviewing team member work, adhering closely to deadlines and to budget, developing and revising ideas, and implementing projects.
Keep abreast of new social media sites, web technologies, and digital marketing trends; implement these new technologies in developing campaigns and update current campaigns to include new information.
Travel based on business needs.
• Bachelor’s Degree, preferred focus in Communications, Business and/or Marketing or relevant liberal arts degree (English, Economics)
• 8+ years of experience in Digital
• Fluent in Dutch and English, written and oral. Knowledge of more languages is a plus.
• Proficient with SEO, PPC, Google AdWords, Content Management Systems, Photoshop, InDesign, Facebook, Twitter, Microsoft Office
• Video Creator Platforms knowledge and expertise is a plus
